Bloom Coffee Co. located beneath the Loft apartments at Twenty25 in Atlanta is carrying on the love from Wake Up Coffee Co. in St. Simons, Georgia. With such a bright and open atmosphere, I felt welcomed and uplifted as I walked in the door! Their staff is even more hospital and helped me and Allie find the drinks we would love and savor! Using Wake Up Coffee Co.'s beans and roast, Bloom makes and crafts speciality lattes and coffee drinks that are sweet, rich, and smooth. Their coffee menu consists of lattes such as the Sunrise (oat milk, orange, nutmeg, and cinnamon), the Sea Salt Maple (maple syrup and sea salt flakes), the Island Mocha (chocolate sauce and mocha), and the lavender matcha (lavender sweetened matcha latte). I ordered the Sea Salt Maple and it was the perfect blend between sweet and bold! The maple did not over power the espresso but provided a sweetness that boasted well with the sea salt flakes for a smooth and savory latte! Allie ordered the Lavender Matcha latte and I was surprised at how tasty it was! I usually do not care for matcha; however, the lavender added a sweetness to the espresso and matcha that hooked me after the first sip! Bloom also offers a variety of other syrups, as well as a host of tea flavors. Their food menu boasts breakfast sandwiches, muffins, cookies, biscuits, croissants, brownies, and oatmeal to go! This is the perfect place to stay to get some work done and chat away with friends and family! By partnering with local companies and sporting the cutest t-shirts and mugs, Bloom is truly sprouting and growing the Atlanta community one coffee at a time! Their website is below!
