Cool Beans Coffee Roasters is a quick walk over the train tracks in downtown Marietta. With indoor and outdoor seating, you can enjoy your coffee and a view of the local scenery. Cool Beans is known for their roasted coffee beans that they travel to Costa Rica to allow us to sample. With their house specials, the eight ball is my personal favorite. The eight ball is a double shot espresso with steamed milk, a flavoring (mine was caramel), and whipped cream ($4.25 for 12oz). I also tasted the Butterscotch flavor in a latte with oat milk and it was super flavorful and rich! Their roasted beans are very smooth and sweet. With their prices being low, Cool Beans is a favorite of mine in Marietta. They have a multitude of different beans you can sample and they pointed me in the right direction to find grounds that I would enjoy. I decided to buy a pound of the Brazil Cerrado, a medium natural roast with hints of chocolate, caramel, and nuts. They also offer frappes, Mexican spiced hot chocolate, and the most delicious pastries. Their indoor seating has private sections near the entrance with fun paintings that canvas the walls, as well as an outdoor courtyard.
