Lazy Labrador Coffee House neighboring Frozen Cow in downtown Kennesaw is the perfect gathering place for locals to the area. With their goal to be the community coffee house, they have definitely made it just that. With upstairs, downstairs, and plenty of outdoor seating, you can nestle into a cup of coffee while completing some homework or catching up on work. In order to engage the community, Lazy Labrador partners with Mostly Mutts Pet Rescue and Adoption Center and Atlanta Lab Rescue to support local rescue efforts, as well as the art and music department at Kennesaw State University to support students in showcasing their talents. A portion of their profits also support the Muscular Dystrophy Association, a disease that affects owners Bob and Susan's son, Jack. Their primary roaster and partner is Crimson Cup which provides Lazy Labrador with a variety of blends of dark, medium, and light roast coffee. The menu is chalked with a variety of specialty espressos such as Kirby's signature (I got this and it was super yummy!), a vanilla latte, coffee mocha, white mocha, and cappuccinos. To add to their menu, they also offer frozen drinks with a few being the chai latte, vanilla creme, green tea matcha latte, and your choice of a fruit smoothie. If coffee is not your go-to, they also provide teas, hot chocolate, and italian sodas. To eat, the Lazy Labrador hosts a collection of baked goods such as bagels, cookies, croissants, cupcakes, muffins, scones, and sweet bread.
