Atomic Coffee Roasters in Salem Massachusetts focuses on the quality of their coffee inside their shop as well as "experiences beyond the four walls of a cafe." I sampled their roast Space Cadet that holds a clementine, nougat, and burnt sugar taste. The beans from Ethiopia, Honduras, and Nicaragua are fully washed meaning it follows the same process of removing the fruit of the bean before drying. This eliminates the chance of losing the original taste of the bean to the taste of teh fruit and provides consistency for the taste tester! I loved the sweet taste with the offset of the clementine. It provided a consistent flavor of savory and sweet that brewed well in my french press. I highly recommend the roast Space Cadet and I would love to try other roasts from Atomic Coffee Roasters!
