Amelia Island, Fl
Amelia Island Coffee in the heart of Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach is a cozy nook in the busyness of tourism. With an impressive menu, many locals love to call this shop home. Before heading out on a walk, my family and I stopped here for breakfast and was blown away by their food. They offer a yummy breakfast sandwich, southwest omelet wrap (so good), avocado toast, breakfast bowls (to die for), and an array of baked goods. On their coffee menu, they boast an ultimate frozen mocha, a Café Cremosa (cold brew, vanilla syrup, half and half), chai tea lattes, and a creamy caramel. I tried their sugar free creamy caramel with oat milk and while it was good, it was not my favorite cup of coffee! Amelia Island Coffee uses Nuanz organic Colombian beans. While the coffee was sweet, Colombian beans tend to have a certain acidity to it that does not produce a very smooth coffee. I find those types of beans to have a tangy and weaker taste to it. Every person has their certain type of coffee that they enjoy and I have found that I love beans that boast a smooth, sweet, and strong taste! Overall, Amelia Island Coffee is a local favorite and home to quality food and coffee! Their website is below!
