Decadent Coffee and Dessert Bar is an abyss of sweetness in the heart of Downtown Macon. Upon walking in, I was amazed at the amount of options for any type of craving! With over thirty different latte combinations, I was stumped on where to start. I have tried the White Pumpkin Mocha and the Butter Pecan latte with oat milk and both were beyond words! They also offer a variety of smoothies, frappes, cappuccinos, teas, cold brews, and a nitro cold brew. Apart from their array of drink options, their desserts are just as impressive. They serve cannolis, an assembly of cakes, cupcakes, brownies, macaroons, lemon bars, banana pudding, ice cream, cheesecake, cookie pans, and gelato. Oh my goodness, sweetness overload!! I had their brownie peanut butter cake and the salted caramel cheesecake. I was in absolute heaven! While their coffee and desserts hit just the spot, their staff is just as wonderful! I happened to visit Decadent Dessert on my birthday and as soon as I stepped up to the counter, they were eager to wish me a Happy Birthday and make me feel special. One worker gave me her employee discount while another handed me a yellow macaroon because she said I reminded her of the color and I seemed to embody it. They wrote Happy Birthday on my cup and took care of me at the counter! I was able to ask them to help me custom make a latte I would love and they pushed me in just the right direction!
