The Vanilla Bean fuels the lives and hearts of locals in Downtown Monticello. With a full menu and plenty of seating, you can make yourself at home within this shop. The Vanilla Bean boasts a variety of frappes such as cookies & creme, white chlorate, mint chocolate, and mocha; as well as, a multitude of flavors for their lattes. I tasted the salted caramel latte with oat milk and it was sweet and smooth just how I liked it! They also offer smoothies, old fashioned sodas, boba, and their famous VB fizz drinks. This is a lightly carbonated fruity drink in which you can add an immunity shot or an energy boost!! Mackenzie tried their milk tea with strawberry flavoring and matcha boba and it was delicious! I tend to stick to coffee but I would definitely try this as well! Along with their plentiful drink options, they present their "good eats". This includes build your own sandwiches, muffins, fruit turnover, danishes, croissants, cake slices, cheesecake, cookies, and protein bites. Emily had their breakfast muffin that the locals rave over! Emily absolutely loved it! What caught my eye was the protein bites and reversible reece's! The Vanilla Bean sells a variety of beans from Jittery Joes, Grassroots, Mama's Boy, and the Super Mom Blend to fit any of your roast preferences! I loved how spacious, friendly, and scrumptious this shop was! It was the perfect day trip away from Milledgeville and is surrounded by a yummy sandwich shop and local stores and boutiques!
